The Language School

ELS Language Centers Vancouver occupies the 6th, 7th and 8th floors of a building designed specifically for educational use. In addition to the spacious, air-conditioned classrooms, our facilities include the 7th floor Student Lounge, a place where students can kick back and relax, eat their lunch, chat with friends (in English Only, of course!), or finish that last bit of homework. A refrigerator and microwaves are provided for ELS student use.

On the 8th floor, our Multi-Media Lab provides students with a high-tech path to better English as well as an opportunity to communicate with family and friends back home. Computer software, the Internet, videos and audiocassettes are all at the disposal of students, both in class and during our special after-school MORE MORE MORE sessions.

The English Courses

Semi-Intensive English Program

20 lessons per week. For students looking to combine study and vacation, the SEMI-INTENSIVE course is a mornings-only option.

Intensive English Program

30 lessons per week. Our most popular program, the INTENSIVE course offers students a full-time English experience.

Super Intensive English Program

Our premiere course, the SUPER-INTENSIVE program includes private, one-on-one instruction with a curriculum tailored to the specific needs of the student plus off-campus visits to places of professional interest.

English for Executives Program

The best of private and group classes - three lessons each day in a communicative group environment, followed by three lessons of one-on-one personalized instruction.
