English Courses for Seniors in London with LSILSI welcomes mature students of all ages who are ‘young at heart’ throughout the year. The Club 50+ Programme combines our regular mixed-age English language group tuition with a unique activity programme specifically designed around the interests of our more mature students. Highlights: - A unique activity programme tailored to your interests and requests

- Practise the English you learnt in morning class and be corrected as much as you choose
- No minimum number of participants resulting in plenty of individual attention
- Elementary to Advanced level students accepted (No beginners)
What is included? - Lessons: 9:00 – 13:00 in a class of international students (average age: 24, max class size: 14)
- Activities: 3 after-school activities per week accompanied by an LSI teacher
- Accommodation: Homestay or Hotel accommodation
- Advice on all aspects of sightseeing, travel and dining in and around London
- Weekend tour booking service (e.g. to the Cotswolds, Stonehenge, Oxford, etc)
- Analysis of your needs and interests before arrival in London
- Access to our regular student social programme including discounted West End musical tickets
Location: The course is based at our school in Hampstead, a quiet, leafy residential suburb in North London with excellent links into the city centre. Hampstead is one of the most up-market and elite areas in London and it has a ‘traditional English’ feel to it. With Hampstead Heath Park (see pictures below) just a short walk from the school, it is a very relaxing, tranquil place to study in one of the world’s most exciting cities. English Courses for Seniors in Eastbourne with LTC- Who is this programme for?
For mature people (age 50+) who enjoy learning languages and want to visit new places and learn about the history and culture of England with like-minded people
There are two Senior courses per year and they last for two weeks. One course starts in June and the other one in September. (The first day is a guided tour of London)
The price includes half-board homestay accommodation, tuition and all activities and excursions as stated in the programme Please note: the price does not include: airport transfer, insurance or lunches from Monday to Friday
20 lessons of English per week in the morning (15 hours from 09.00-12.45; all lessons are 45 minutes). The emphasis is on learning useful & relevant language with the focus on speaking and understanding
Activities and Excursions every weekday afternoon except for Fridays which are free for optional trips or shopping
One full-day excursion per week: transport and entrance fees included. One of the excursions will be to London
Learning about East Sussex and English History. There will be opportunities for participants to benefit from the rich history of Compton Park , the Grade One listed building where LTC Eastbourne is housed, as well as to learn more about Sussex and English history
- Will we use a coursebook?
No. All study material is provided by the school
- What kind of accommodation do you organise?
We organise special homestay for our Senior clients with mature families who are happy to spend time with them & realise they appreciate the comforts of home. These will include breakfast and evening meal as normal However, we can also help to arrange Bed and Breakfast or hotel accommodation if requested for those people who prefer to be more independent.
